Throwback to this summery cake! I love working with fresh fruits and flowers, so to try something new, I played with altering their physical properties to use them as decorations for this cake! Here I’ve decorated with some gooseberries, dyed and dehydrated apple slices, pressed edible violas, dried roses and 24k gold leaf from @slofoodgroup!
