Finally it’s ready, zero sugar and 100% flavour, all our vegan popsicles are sweetened slightly with maple syrup, however, it was a challenge to use maple syrup with fruit popsicles, it’s strong flavour masked the fruit freshness and dulled the flavour , so we always opted for sugar, very little sugar ☺️. The option to use organic stevia was considered and first tests went into the bin, using stevia is challenging too, we have to make sure not to cross the line where stevia flavour and aftertaste will show, honestly it’s not pleasant at all.
