HOME COOKING app. is not responsible for any act of fraud that might be carried out by users registered in the app. The catering Chef must review and update the applicable rules and regulations in the food field. Chef’s account will be shut down upon violating FDA Regulations in force in the User’s country.
The app. does not permit use of hacked products protected by IPR’s, associated IPR rights and neighboring IPR’s, and copyrights. These accounts will be shut down.
HOME COOKING is constantly developing to provide users with the best possible experience, and accordingly, the user acknowledges and agrees that the form and nature of the services provided by HOME COOKING may change from time to time and without prior notice to the user.
